Quiet and Relaxing Retreat
A very nice, quiet place to stay with a large, beautiful back yard and a very delux hot tub (which was serviced, weekly). I didn't use the provided barbeque.
The outdoor firepit is inviting and easily seats 8 people.
Of particular appeal to me, was the cosy ambiance provided by the tv room's - corner gas fireplace - which turns on-and-off with a wall switch. It provides both a beautiful esthetic and a functional feature, which I enjoyed emencely during my stay!
The well-lighted kitchen (which opens to the living area, and is opposide the spacious dining area) is light and airy with a great electric oven with a gas cooktop, nice cookware, and plenty of dishes, mugs and utensils! The kitchen is nicely stocked with a variety of small appliances, exotic teas and pods of coffee.
And there is a very nice office, in a separate room adjacent to the dining area.
The sofas in the living area (and heated recliner chair) are very comfy, and the large flat-screen tv (which has a beautiful picture) is perfectly sized for the room and the distance from the seating areas!
Can't speak to the other 4 bedrooms, but I slept just fine in the master bedroom with french door that opens to the back yard.
All the bathrooms were clean and inviting.
Would like to see some warmer colored bulbs over the sinks in the master bath, and maybe a dimmer control (but that's just me).
