Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place the bagged garbage into the red can at the end of the driveway for pickup. Also please notify us once you have checked out in the morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not adjust the dials controlling air flow to the hot tub as it can cause damages.
If you bring pets and don’t list them on the reservation there will be a fee of 150.00 . If traveling with pets we must be notified prior.
Do not adjust settings on propane fireplace . Contact us if you have any issues.

The house was remarkable. The host was remarkable and very communicative. Everything was exactly as described and in some cases better. Fully furnished and well-stocked. No complaints whatsoever and highly recommend this to anyone who's spending either a few days, a week, or month on end. I really give a location, a restaurant, or anything else I visit five stars. This day earned it.

Perfect place for us

We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and convenient location next to the interstate. We have family in London and Corbin, so this worked well for us. So much better than a hotel. The kids really enjoyed the pool table.

Retirement Celebration

Wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and described online. The house was very clean and supplied well for all of our needs. We took a Riverboat Cruise and visited Cumberland Falls in Corbin. We also enjoyed an evening of John Anderson at Renfro Valley. The house had a great central location for our very fun weekend!

Great home! Great location, Right off 75exit, and 20 minutes to Holy Bay Marina! Clean, Clean, Clean! Beds, so comfortable! Pool room, so much fun. Great to have a nice laundry room next to the door where a WOW hot tub is! Highly recommend!
