You'll also be located less than a mile from Viking Golf & Go-Karts where you can take the children and see who the fastest is behind the wheel. Be sure to bring your picnic blanket to Northside Park and enjoy the sun as you sit out on the grass and treat yourself and your family to some tasty homemade snacks. Let the kiddos tire themselves out on the playground or challenge them to a number of sports available at the recreation center.

Head back to this cozy home away from home for some much-needed rest and relaxation. From the moment you walk through the front door and enter the living area, you'll see a wide variety of loving knickknacks and beach-inspired items adorning the walls, from the soothing painting on the wall to the color scheme of the kitchen. From the balcony, you'll get a stunning view of the sunset as it descends from the sky past the horizon. As night falls, gather around the living area and stream your favorite movie from the comfort of your own couch.

Things to Know
No Smoking Ordinance-No Smoking is allowed in units or on the balconies! Fines will be assessed if found in violation of this rule.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
