The house had everything necessary for a home away from home stay. Much better than a hotel for comparable price. Extra touches like some coffee available for the coffee maker, laundry detergent, plenty of fresh towels, some water In The fridge and plenty of comfortable (COMFORTABLE!)Seating. Regular chairs, couches, and comfy beds Ceiling fans just where you want them and generously sized rooms. And good storage spaces.The attached garage with remote was a huge bonus. Host was very accessible and helpful, yet not intrusive. Would definitely stay again

The location was fantastic! Everything from grocery stores to shopping and fine dining was within 10 to 15 min from the house. The beds were super clean and comfortable this place served its purpose well and the host was prompt to respond and answered any questions we had. This was a quiet well established subdivision.

Easy communications with the host. Check-in and out went smoothly. Easy to follow instructions. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It was VERY comfortable, well stocked with kitchen items, toiletries, towels, bedding, soaps, and laundry items. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer are very nice. The TV's and internet worked nicely. We didn't encounter and negative issues. We would be happy to visit this property again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Frisco area.

Property was very comfortable and convenient to the family we were visiting. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Garage so car did not sit out in sun, fenced in back yard for dogs (yes pet friendly) in a quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. Price was very competitive. We specifically needed a pet friendly house and were surprised to find the yard full of thorns and appeared to have never been mowed. Our dogs had a difficult time finding a spot for their business without coming back into the house full of stickers. We were also surprised to not have a top sheet on our bed...just the comforter. The owner was responsive to our other requests.

Abundance Total Well-Being Ed & Coach

Upon first entering the entry process was great. The home looked clean, spacious and nicely set up. The neighborhood was very quiet for a residential spot.However, I began to notice many cleaning standards violated. Keep in mind that I am a VRBO host: No top sheets on all beds, only fitted and comforter; the dryer trap was packed with lint, I located a vacuum cleaner in the garage that was completely packed including the filter, I had to clean it to properly clean the dryer link filter and trap; one bathroom drawer had a vial and box of Preperation H in it and the draws haven't been vacuum in a long time. The kitchen could use a few more cooking equipment for my needs because I cook on trips. I bought toilet paper that was far less scratchy than the cheap roll I first encounter, then later i found that there was a little bit softer roles under the sink. We locked up, maybe a bit more than we should have. With only one garage door opener and not key to get into the back door, the manager said he had to hire a locksmith to get in and the cleaners left. He is trying to charge me for this. Insurance? And foresight to have at least another garage door opener is wise.

Hi Randy, our cleaning crew was new, so they did not properly use the checklist. Since then, we have engaged a new crew for cleaning and managing. Yes, my door was damaged. I had to have a locksmith crack open the door. The entry was given through the front door, so exit is only possible through the front door. I was not impressed the way the home was locked out. Our home has hosted lot of clients for the past 12 months, and this incident is first of its kind.
