Welcome to Sun Stone! This beautifully updated, 1BR+Twin Bunk Room/1.5BA condo is located in the Gulf Place Cabanas, where you will find something for everyone! Sun Stone is beautifully updated and decorated in modern coastal design. Step out from the living room and enjoy the heated (during winter months) community pool and hot tub. With a king-sized bed and new smart tv in the primary bedroom, an enclosed twin bunk room in the hallway, and a queen-sized sleeper and flat-screen tv in the living area, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation, with a dining area with seating for four. Take a short stroll right across the street to the beach, relax on your private patio, or check out some of the amenities and attractions at Gulf Place. Everything you need is right here. Choose to eat out at excellent nearby restaurants (many within walking distance) or eat in (Publix and Walmart are just up the road)!

The summer months offer various entertainment for all vacationers. After enjoying a day of fun and sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, there is nothing like a swim in one of our three community pools (two seasonally heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, charcoal grilling areas, a large outdoor amphitheater, and walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and beach access directly across the street! A few steps away, you will find an abundance of  shops and dining options at Gulf Place. In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Cabanas building is in the middle of it all! Located on Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Gulf Place is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters on the emerald coast.

For those who like to ride bikes and explore nature, 30A offers a nineteen-mile bike/walking trail that has preserved parks with all that nature can offer. Also, along 30A, there are shops, dining, and entertainment for everyone. If eating is your pleasure, restaurants along 30A are the best. Along this nineteen-mile road, you will also find many quaint shops, art galleries, and live concerts and festivals.

Relaxing

Great for Mother, Daughter getaway! Clean and great location with nearby attractions. Beautiful clear beach and great spots to explore and eat by foot. They have everything you will need to enjoy your stay!!

Perfect get-a-way

Loved the unit! Perfect little spot in a perfect little area. The aesthetic was just perfect beach costal vibes. Maybe I don’t want to say too much and it get booked up where I cannot get a reservation! Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Just Lovely

The apartment complex was clean and well-kept. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. As soon as we walked in, we felt relaxed, happy and safe. It was clean and beautifully furnished with everything you could want or need during your time there. The pool was right outside the living room door, and the gorgeous white sand beach was directly across the street. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved it!!

The property’s size and location was ideal! The only issue was the entire time we were there the HOA had a lot of noisy outside work going on - However, Dolly was very responsive to my concerns - We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again -
