No washer at the beach for a week

The bar didn’t have but 4 bar stools and the listing said it was for 5 or 6 people. Monday the washers was leaking into the condo under us. They sent a message for us not to use it for the rest of our stay and if we had any questions to call and ask for Anna. I called everyday and had to leave a message. I never received a call back. As you know you really need a washer for towels and your laundry. Not having one meant that I had to bring soiled,wet laundry home and spend a lot of time doing laundry. I think they should have tried to resolve the problem or at lest returned some of our money. I still don’t understand why a I didn’t get a call back. There was no broom or vacuum in the unit. It also was farther from the pier than the website said

Family trip

Was delayed 2 hours to check in “because the previous renters left a mess” but the place wasn’t “2hours cleaned”. Places in the floor broken/raised overall ok experience.
