We loved the location and the view was amazing. Loved being on the inlet and having dock/pier access an quick walk to the beach. The unit is a little tired and not very clean and things broke constantly but still ok

Murrells Inlet stay

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Very clean and in a great area. Nice and close to the beach and to the Gulfstream Cafe (be sure to check out the Sunday brunch)

This property is nothing fancy but it is clean, convenient to our friend’s condo across the street and all we needed for the weekend. The only complaint is it’s on the third floor. Other than that it is a nice place for weekend get away.

This was our second time staying at the condo and again everything was great. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. You can't beat the location; the balcony overlooks the inlet and the pool, and is a peaceful place to relax. It's also great to be able to walk across the street to the beach with private access. The owner, Anthony, is very responsive and available for anything you need. We'll definitely be back!

Pros - The location to the marsh/inlet and ocean were perfect for our group. The condo was clean and somewhat updated. We loved the quietness of the condo and community. Cone - There were no linens available for the pull out couch. The screen door handle came off when we opened the door upon arrival and a towel bar also repeatedly fell, even with no hand towel on it.

Very nice condo

We liked the rooms and location. Check in was easy and everything was as described. There is a bunk bed more suited for children in one of the bedrooms, but it seemed to be fine for us adults. Nice view of the inlet and close to the beach. There is an air conditioning condensing unit on the deck that makes the deck somewhat unusable. That would be my only complaint.

Great marsh view location

We really enjoyed the location of this property with the marsh boardwalk, pool, and easy beach access. The unit itself was good though a couple things could use an upgrade. The listing description includes a king bed but it is a queen. There were a few miscommunications with the host and the cleaning company upon check in and checkout but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nice, the location was pretty and quiet. Check in was easy. Everything was as expected. The outdoor stairway has lights that were not working and I fell down on the steps on our last day while packing to leave and sustained a severe ankle sprain. When I noticed Evolve property management of the fall and the nonfunctional lights I received a “thanks for the heads up” which was a little disappointing since I could not walk, I couldn’t drive home and I had to miss work to rest and heal. This happened Monday night, the last day of our trip and this Friday. I don’t fault Evolve for lights being out. That’s Inlet Pointe’s job. I am disappointed in the response from Evolve. I use VRBO as opposed to ABNB because of the more involved and personal customer service. My last host comped us the first night because we had trouble with the door code.

"We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry to hear you experienced a fall during your trip. We shared your feedback with the homeowner, and they wanted to share the following: - As soon as they were informed, they immediately contacted the property manager, who inspected the stairway lighting within the hour. - The inspection confirmed that all lights were functioning, though one was slightly dimmer, and still provided adequate visibility. - They documented the condition at the time, including photos that showed lighting was operational. We are very sorry for your discomfort and wish you a smooth recovery."
