The Beach House is the perfect getaway retreat for couples and families. It is located in a beach side community comprised of eclectic beach cottages on Treasure Island, Florida. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers custom cottage style cabinets, granite counters, glass block bar with seating for 6, a Jenn-Air cooking island, in the middle of a fully-equipped kitchen and a huge deck with an outdoor table with seating for 8.
The Beach House is just 200 steps from the beautiful, white sandy beaches on the West Coast of Florida. The gentle Gulf waters are perfect for swimming of all ages. The miles of beaches are great for long walks or runs.

Enjoy the beach or walk across the John’s Pass Bridge to a quaint fishing village where numerous unique shops, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream parlors, chartered fishing boats, jet ski rentals and waterfront bars await you.
Everything you need is within walking distance, so park your car and relax.
Treasure Island is a wonderful vacation destination for the entire family with the best sunsets anywhere!

Great experience

We were only in town for a long weekend and this property was perfect for what we needed. Short walk to the beach and to John's Pass. Very clean and had everything we needed!

I grew up in a small town in Connecticut. I moved to Tampa in 1981 and haven't been back North since then. I love Florida and all it has to offer. The weather is amazing, especially in the winter when I'm wearing shorts and all my friends up North are shoveling snow and freezing!

Why they chose this property

The Beach House is located on the beautiful West Coast of Florida. The beaches are beautiful and the Gulf waters are typically calm and warm. The location of this beach house is perfect as it is only steps to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

I love the sunsets on the West Coast. Every evening, I walk down the boardwalk to the beach and sit on the steps and watch the sunset. It's amazing every time!
