NO COOKIE CUTTER RENTAL HERE!!! Our property features a most ideal location, atmosphere and combination of amenities you will struggle to find at any other beach property. In addition to that, the unique funky little residential island community of Sunset Beach, with its close proximity and easy access to large touristy type beaches cannot be duplicated.

The Northport House is among one of several houses nestled into a cozy nautical themed boutique resort located on Sunset Beach. It is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love this place because of the coziness, it's Florida feel, it's proximity to the best beach on the West Coast of Florida, proximity to dining with your toes in the sand (short walking distance), ample parking, its residential neighborhood feel, and its open floor plan

Inside, you will be charmed by the luxurious yet cozy beach decor and ambiance this house offers. The Northport house features 1300 ft of open concept living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living space, dining room, and office nook in kitchen for all your computer needs. This house also has its own, non shared/ free, washer/dryer in its own laundry/mud room . Beautifully remodeled kitchen with lots of space for tons of food and drinks as well room for all the kitchen essentials and more.

The living room also features a full/queen sleeper sofa. Linens, pillows, blankets, towels, and an extra set of each item are included and can be found in the bedroom closets. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized oven/stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the cooking essentials you can imagine. You’ll also enjoy large smart TVs (bring your own Netflix password!) in the living room and in each bedroom, and free private WiFi internet access throughout the property. The bathroom is right in between the two bedrooms, and includes a full-sized walk-in shower.

Downstairs in the back entry vestibule (which doubles as a sandy-towel-hanging-spot) you’ll have use of private laundry facilities and a built-in storage closets for your extra stuff.

Outside, you can enjoy the large, and beautifully lit pool and spa! Relax in the pool until you’re hungry, grill up your favorite flavors on the provided grills, and then dig in poolside. Each unit is provided its own outdoor seating/dining area, but there is also a shared cabana area in which to put your feet up. A shared garage is available for storage of (provided) beach & pool accessories (or your own bicycles, if you travel with them) and you have designated private parking. If you’ve been at the beach, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet and buckets.


***Our property consists of several houses on one property all surrounding the pool , spa , cabana, outdoor cooking and common area. We can accommodate groups of up to 25 people for events such as beach weddings, family reunions, as well as other types of events or gatherings with multiple smaller parties wanting to be at the same property.

We loved every thing about our stay! The house was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun vacation! The location just can't be beat, and Christine is simply the best host! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the garage was stocked with beach toys, wagons, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a canopy for the beach which was literally across the street from the house! After a long day at the beach it was great to be able to relax by the pool in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return! Thank you Christine, for being such an amazing host!

Terrific owners…… personable and great communication. Location to beach is wonderful and private pool and hot tub a plus. Loads of beach items for the family. Towels etc well stocked. Bathrooms are tight but fine for all the other amenities. Photos are accurate and beds in both larger bedrooms very comfortable. Loads of stores and restaurants near by. Very safe area. More of older crowd than younger and less traffic than places like Siesta Key. We’d love to stay again in the future. Thank you to some of the best renters we’ve experienced.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

Our vacation was awesome. Artemis, the house keeper, was more than kind enough to walk us around the property, showing us the ins and outs. She was very friendly and helpful. There was enough room for all of us. We loved having access to the beach, and the pool, which gave us choices. Everything was well stocked and allowed us to truly enjoy our stay. Bestie Family Vacation

The house was exactly what we needed for our get away days. Was better than starter stocked on products. House was clean, linens clean, plenty of beach towels. We cooked breakfast every day and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer are always a huge plus. The shared pool could have used a cleaning but my crew really enjoyed it everyday after the beach. The beach is a super quick, easy walk. Lots of chairs provided in the garage, we did not find any bikes like it said in the listing, we flew in and my daughter had looked forward to riding. We have stayed at lots of rentals in this area and would stay here again especially if we had a larger group since there are other rentals all together. We adore Sunset Beach. Christine was so easy to work with and responded to messages fast and easy, they were very attentive.

Thanksgiving vacation

The weather didn’t cooperate but the six of us had plenty of room to spread out to do other things inside. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and glasses for all sorts of drinks. The only drawback was that the pool was listed as heated and it was not. Our three and five year olds were disappointed that they could not play in the pool. With the temperatures in the 60’s, they could not use the pool at all. We feel the owners should have to told us about the heater not working.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house is across the street from the beach and all the beach toys (including chairs, coolers, etc.) made it so convenient! Perfect location and layout for groups

Stayed here with our family and 4 additional teens. We rented the 3 bedroom downstairs but the entire home allows for 2 more private bedrooms upstairs if needed. Clean, quiet and a perfect setup. The property shares the pool with one or two others rentals. Our kids wound up making friends with some of the other guests. Easy access to beach, Caddy’s, and they had all you needed on site. Jason was great to work with. We’ll be back!

Wonderful property

We were visiting the area for a wedding and absolutely loved everything about the property. The house was spotless and well stocked with anything we needed during our stay. This is our second year vacationing at this location. It fits our family perfectly! There’s plenty of room, the beach across the street, and the pool to cool down in. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. House was perfect for 3 couples, all the amenities you ever wanted were provided. Walk across the street to a beautiful beach was a real pleasure and it was so great that they provided beach chairs and other beach supplies. The pool area was a bonus to relax and play cards in the shade. The house is very up to date, lots of TV's , very clean, plenty of towels and it was great to have a washer and dryer.
