With 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, this Southern Utah vacation rental can comfortably accommodate 7 guests with ease. 3 tastefully decorated levels provide plenty of space for everyone to move freely while the central location of Snowshoe Lodge makes exploring the area as convenient as ever!

Shop & eat local or check out the jaw-dropping Cedar Breaks National Monument right around the corner. Find a nearby hiking trail or pick one of 5 world renowned National parks to visit - All within a half day's drive or less. Pick up a lift pass on your way in to experience a taste of Utah's champagne powder at Brian Head Ski resort - or to downhill mountain bike in the summer!

Late Checkout Fee: $50 Mandatory when unauthorized by host.

Undisclosed additional guest fee $50/ night, whether they stay or not.

Lost key fee will be equal to the amount charged by a locksmith plus $25

Very late unauthorized checkout (2 hours or more): Full undiscounted daily rate will be charged, this does not give you permission to stay, it is only a fee.

If you wish to continue your stay you will need to do so formally by requesting to book.

Any refunds that any other affected traveler receives due to your
unauthorized late checkout will be charged to you and payable by you.

Smoking fee: $500 - Zero tolerance

Cleaning fee will be doubled if the home is found in an excessively dirty condition.

We are severely allergic so unfortunately no pets, of any kind including service animals are allowed on the premises due specifically to our health risk. If you are seen or caught on the premises with an animal you will be charged an additional cleaning fee plus $250 fine and be asked to leave.

This is a zero tolerance policy.

Amazing location in Brian Head, needs some TLC to reach full potential

We stayed here a couple days while skiing at Brian Head. Amazing location!! It's called Snowshoe Village. From this unit, you can just walk across the little private drive and you're in the trees right next to the Navajo bunny hill. Put your skis on and ski over to the main Navajo lodge. The condo is good size, 3 beds, 3 baths.The place was generally clean (bathrooms cleaned, sheets are clean, etc) but it's being advertised as a luxury getaway, and it is not luxury clean. The place could use a good deep cleaning, some reorganization (stash away some cables) and also some sprucing up (brand new sheets, new throw pillows, etc). Then it would be a luxury getaway.
