Remodeled studio loft in Arlington near UTA, downtown, and Arlington Memorial Hospital with deck, fire pit, and easy self check-in.
This studio has full kitchen with the livingroom and a room divider curtain to make a downstairs bedroom if wanted. The downstairs bed is a full-size daybed with a unique slide-out twin bed underneath. The loft bedroom is up the ladder/stairs and has a small closet, table for work, wall fan and smart TV. This small studio can have three beds and two "bedrooms" if desired! Note- the loft stairway is steeper than normal and is more like a ladder.
Walking distance to Arlington Memorial Hospital and surrounding medical facilities. A very short distance to UTA, downtown Arlington and the entertainment district. This newly remodeled and furnished home is in the heart of Arlington and is designed for travel professionals.
Parking is shared between all three units and consists of a two-car driveway and free street parking.
The backyard amenities includes a brand new large deck, a hammock, lounge area, outdoor covered dining gazebo, propane grill, fire pit area with 6 chairs.
