Service and assistance animals are exempt from any restrictions or pet fees with proper documentation. House has an attached big party hall which can be rented separately for $269 a day for any gathering, birthday, babyshower events up to 30 guests. This is our family home with outdoor and country side setting for relaxing over weekends and holidays. Close to shopping and city yet peacefully located in private setting. I like to spend time in the front yard and side yard.
What makes this property unique
Peaceful, private, not a traditional home, high ceilings, gives a very unique stay feeling when you wait up to birds chirping and nice warm sun welcoming in the mornings. Evening are awesome with the setting sunlight over the trees making it a really enjoying stay during sunny days.
