Peak Season (May–September): Best weather and full beach access
Fall & Winter: Cozy indoor retreat with the best mountain views and storm watching. Beach access is unavailable and living room views are more limited as storm boards are installed across the ramp and bulkhead. Patio furniture and grill are removed for safety from wind and storms, although patio access is still available.
Water Access: Swimming and water activities are at your own risk with a high recommendation to understand the tides and currents. Guests may bring their own kayaks or paddle boards in peak season and launch them from the ramp of the back patio.
