ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE
- Our home is in a family-oriented neighborhood. No more than 10 guests are allowed.

PETS:
-Pets under 30 pounds are welcome with prior approval only. Your pet should be included in your guest count when reserving this home.
-It is the pet owners' responsibility to be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard.
- We ask our guests not to leave their puppy home alone.

POOL:
- The pool is regularly maintained and professionally cleaned but it is not covered so a few LEAVES, POLLEN or BUGS CAN FLY INTO THE POOL anytime. We have a pool net available to use. Feel free to contact the host if extra pool cleaning is needed during your stay.
- The pool can be heated. Extra $40/day will be charged for heating (Minimum 3 days). Please contact us in advance if you want your pool heated.
- Access to the pool is available only from the bedroom or from the pool gate outside (Code to the gate can be provided).
- Please note that the pool heater can typically raise the water temperature up to approximately 20°F above the current outdoor air temperature. Actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions, especially during colder months. The heater is equipped with built-in freeze protection and will automatically shut off when the outside air temperature drops below 50°F to prevent system damage.
