Quiet safe location. Not much nearby. We uber biked to pike area to save our parking spot. For food, Cheeky cafe is within walking distance. Overall, very clean room with a coffee maker!. Thank you Misha!
Very cute space. Loved the location, close to all things downtown. Easy communication and check in/out instructions. Parking was a little stressful, especially if getting back after dark. Not sure if there is no A/C, it was a little hot but well supplied with fans and window. Would stay here again!
Great location, bout a 1.5 mile walk to the pier. We broke it up by stopping for coffee, going thru Chinatown, and seeing Waterfall Park. Cute little apt. The host was in constant communication
Our stay was pleasant for the last two nights. The location was close to everything we needed. We were lucky enough to find parking right in front. We didn’t move our car at all after that and just rode around on scooters after that. We even made it to the lumin field on the scooters which was our goal. Thank you for hosting us.
It was a very nice little studio apartment that was great for having a nice room close to the city and highway, along with easy access to the bus and public transit.

Nice location. Although parkings a bit sketchy with a narrow steep road. You may have a struggle with luggage. We had to park about a block away one night. As its just unassigned street parking.
The unit was exactly as shown and it was the perfect location to explore Seattle! The property manager was so accommodating and we had a great experience! Highly recommend

Thank you for staying at our home and for being such a wonderful guest!
Close to downtown and stadiums, it's all one needs if planning to eat out. Mish is a very responsive and helpful host. Bonus is that only a couple of blocks away, there's EV charging!

Thank you John! I hope to host you again in the future!
Clean and cozy. Very happy with the unit and our stay. The weather cooperated with us and we were able to take scooters everywhere we needed to go. There is no kitchen area which meant we had to eat all meals at restaurants but the location was convenient enough to make this a minor inconvenience
We stayed here because it is two blocks from our son’s home, so the location was great. The unit felt new and very clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. There seems to be little insulation between floors so we could hear people walking, stomping, and talking, but we were gone all day and they were quiet at night. No parking, but we didn’t need it so that was okay. Overall it was fine for this visit.
The space was cozy and in a good location.
The majority of the space was clean, however, the shower was not cleaned. I let the host know and they were incredibly helpful and responded promptly.
The tenants above were quite loud in the morning. Which didn’t bother us much as we spent most of our time out and about.

Thank you for staying and being such a wonderful guest! I am glad we could get this resolved quickly and you could enjoy your stay at our home. I do hope to host you again in the future!
Terrible communication. Lost my cell after a trans continental trip. Unable to access VRBO or host due to two-factor authentication inability from another device. Had all preliminary notes from initial contacts and confirmations. No backup phone number available for host or VRBO. ONLY online access. Had to obtain alternate accommodations late at night after exhausting and trip. Refund requested and both host and VRBO tried passing the buck to each other. Finally managed a cleaning fee refund. Need to have less reliance on online communication and provide alternate access in case of emergency.
When we got there, we couldn't remember which unit was our listing as the number wasn't listed on the picture/address but the owner was very quick to respond and we got in without any further issue. The place is well maintained, modern, functional and clean. All the main essentials were there from the coffee machine to the shampoo and hair dryer. We enjoyed the cute bedroom and cosy bed. Only details to keep in mind: You have to walk uphill (slightly) to get to the apartment which might be hard from some people. You are also on the bottom floor so when little people run through the apartment above... you can hear it. It wasn't a big deal for us but something to keep in mind. Finally, the apartment is located close to a Low income housing unit (up the street) and close to the International District which has quite a few "sketchy" individuals roaming around, so if you plan on taking public transportation and walking around, you might want to be mindful of that. We didn't mind because the bus stop was literally around the corner and that was a bigger benefit for us. Also, we were really close to awesome and affordable restaurants so that was also a plus. If you have a car, this rental is a good choice. We enjoyed our stay.
