Welcome to "The River View" This home is designed by MHB Property Management. It is one of a kind. Spectacular view onto the Caloosahatchee River. You can be assured, this home does not only have amazing views but also feature state of the art interior and modern furnishings with big screen TV`s and Game room, Billiard table and Game Consoles and much more. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which include a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds and one guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. TV`s are in all rooms including the game room which features 3D viewing and a Playstation 3. The home is located on a corner lot which gives you water view from 2 sides.

Boat Lift NOT for Guest usage. Owner Boat occupied!

Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Beautiful property and great location. Basic up keep needed.

House was great, we had an amazing time however the house needed general up keep. Broken light bulbs, remotes missing and needed new batteries needed. Terrible Ant problem in kitchen. Would be nice to have extra TP and kleenex left in each bedroom and bathroom.

Wonderful Experience

The River View House is awesome. Lots of space. Beautiful view and location. We had a couple questions for the management company and they quickly responded. Kitchen is well stocked. Make sure you have YouTube TV subscription or something similar. House has plenty of TV's but no real cable service. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!

Best vacation rental we have stayed in so far! Incredible view, perfect location. We saw dolphins swim by, beautiful sun rises. The outdoor space is unbeatable! Clean, spacious house. Everything you could want in a rental! Highly recommended
