Villa Pure Elegance - new building on water with heated pool/spa, for boaters

The location of this villa is especially suited for boaters, just a block away from the river. The beach with the Boat house of Cape Coral is just around the corner and Fort Myers can be reached quickly via the bridge.

The living area offers high-quality polished porcelain tiles and there are wooden floors in all bedrooms. The modern design and quality of the furnishings and decoration runs through the whole house.

The living room is open plan and the large glass sliding door opens seamlessly to the pool deck. For entertainment there is a 75-inch TV and Apple TV available. A pool table is also here for great game evenings. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The kitchen with adjoining dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All devices are high standard and also a Nespresso machine is available.

All bedrooms have a king size bed and a TV.
The spacious master bedroom with direct pool access has an ensuite bathroom with bath tub, large shower and a double vanity.

The other 3 bedrooms each have an adjoining bathroom.

In the spacious pool area you will find chaise lounges, a lounge corner to relax, as well as the outdoor kitchen with a large stainless steel grill for real barbecue pleasure.
The saltwater pool with whirlpool is operated with a salt plant, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.

The west facing position of this house will bring you enough sun all day long and Floridas best sunsets every night.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

You can also take the kayaks from the house and explore the canals.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
