Great place for a friends getaway.
Overall, our stay at this house had its positives and negatives. The kitchen was a standout feature, being fully stocked with lots of drink-ware, large pots, and pans. The big fridge was also appreciated, providing ample space for our group. The living room area was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax. We enjoyed the convenience of the smart TVs, as we could log into our own streaming services.
On the downside, there were a few issues. Two drawbacks were the lack of extra blankets and the inability to adjust the temperature in the house. It would be nice to have the option to raise the temp by a degree or two. Additionally, one bathroom needs some attention, as the grout between many of the tiles has mildew and mold buildup. We also wished there were extra chairs for the patio.
However, there were several positive aspects to our stay as well. The house remained quiet even with a large group, and it easily accommodated our four mostly large vehicles. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and the partial view of the Gulf. The ceiling fans in the house were both quiet and powerful. Furthermore, the presence of beach toys and a grill were a big plus.
In terms of improvements, it would be beneficial for the house to have at least one full-length mirror. Additionally, a key code that could be used by the entire group would have been more convenient than a physical key. Despite the shortcomings, everyone in our group loved the house and would stay here again.
