120' Waterfront Cabin | Sauna · Hot Tub · Olympic Natl Park | Hammersley Inlet
Some places make you feel better just by being in them. Hammersley Inlet Retreat is one of those places — 120 feet of private low-bank waterfront on a quiet branch of Puget Sound, with a wellness amenity stack that rivals any luxury spa. A 6-person Almost Heaven Emerson cedar barrel sauna and 90-jet hot tub sit side by side overlooking the inlet, with the Olympic Mountains visible on clear days. This is where you come to actually disconnect.
Decompress in the cedar barrel sauna, recharge in the 90-jet hot tub under the stars. Very few places in the Pacific Northwest offer this — private waterfront, a premium cedar barrel sauna, and a 90-jet spa within steps of each other.
Inside, the cabin is warm, thoughtfully finished, and impossible to want to leave — walls of windows frame the inlet from nearly every room, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the primary suite upstairs has water views from the bed. Three bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, sleeps up to 5.
Two distinct outdoor living spaces anchor the waterfront. At the water's edge, a custom handmade fire pit housing a Solo Stove Yukon — Solo Stove's largest model — surrounded by Adirondack chairs, built for late nights and conversations that go longer than planned. The wellness zone pairs the 6-person Almost Heaven Emerson cedar barrel sauna with the 90-jet hot tub side by side, lounge chairs angled toward the inlet. Sunsets here are something else entirely.
Beyond the wellness zone, kayaks and a paddle board are ready to launch, and an NBA-sized basketball hoop with court lighting gives the energy somewhere to go when the group is feeling it. Orca and whale sightings are possible — this stretch of Hammersley Inlet occasionally sees wildlife pass through.
Guests have full exclusive access to the cabin and all listed amenities. The upper garage studio is private owner's quarters and is not part of the rental.

Everything was amazing . The place was beautifully decorated, great location, clean and just what we wanted. The beds and the bedding were sooo comfortable !
Great property, easy check-in, very clean. This is a great spot for a small group. We will be checking on this property again for a summer get-a-way. Overall I would recommend this vacation rental.
Amazing house with all the best amenities in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the use of the sea kayaks and porch heater. Do yourself a favor and visit the Hook and Fork in Union for lunch.
We stayed at this property in Shelton, Washington and had a wonderful, very relaxing time. The view is spectacular (of the mountains and the water). Fully enjoyed the huge hot tub. This house is very nice and pictures do not do it justice! We would love to come back and stay in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
We had a great time. The property has about everything you could hope for and everything was immaculate. We had fun with the kayaks in the inlet and even managed to spot a seal or two. Codi was a great host with great communication and responsiveness. Would highly recommend this property. We will certainly be back!

We had a fantastic time at this stunning property. The photographs do not capture its true splendor. We relished all the amenities - from paddling the kayaks with my daughter during the day and taking in the breathtaking views of the lake, to unwinding in the hot tub in the evening, to playing basketball with my son during the day, reading in the sauna, and finally sharing laughter and making s'mores by the fire pit. It was the ideal family retreat.
