Very roomy. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking equipment, plates, silverware, drinkware and small appliances. You don't need to bring a thing. Plenty of games, puzzles and books too. The upstairs is very open allowing folks space to chill. Wonderful porches with a breeze straight off the ocean. The outside shower areas is large with a shelf, hooks and hot water. Just a note for people with week knees - 12 steps to the entrance door and 14 more to the second floor. We would definitely stay again!
