Great stay. It was perfect for us-just what we wanted. A QUIET place to relax and unwind while we were in town. The place had every convenience we could ask for. The bed was top notch -we slept like babies. Would definitely stay here again!
Overall impression was good. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed. These did not affect the overall experience but would help with the overall rating. The overall reservation process was great. Communication with the owner was an easy and pleasant experience. Overall enjoyable experience.
This tiny home is adorable. Reminds us of our first place almost 25 years ago. Has the exact same floor plan. The hubs was walking through reminiscing about the placement of our furniture in comparison. A great way to celebrate an anniversary. Blessed.
NOT WHAT I PAID FOR….I paid for house A and they “upgraded” me to house B for the better AC. Not a beautiful one of a kind tiny house like I paid for. Could have got a run down motel with beach views and it wouldn’t have had bugs like this place and when I told the host they had bugs they told me not to turn the porch light on and the flightless bug in the bathroom and kitchen will fly way. And the “better ac” wouldn’t cool below 75 but if you stood to close you would get hit with ice when it decided to start spitting everywhere. And then I complained to the host their response was “well you can leave” so I am I’m leaving a bad review so others beware if you rent from these host you may not get what you paid for

The area needs cleaning and maintenance, as there is dust and unpleasant odors present. The microwave is difficult to access, and the shower head is unstable. The overall upkeep of the space could be improved. Additionally, the bedroom headboard is dusty, there is no hand soap available in the bathroom and kitchen, and the bath towel has stains.
Super clean, well stocked, quiet neighborhood, cute farmhouse style, comfortable bed, small porch to enjoy outdoors. Good location with nearby restaurants and stores. Easy check in. Big bang for your buck! We absolutely would stay here again.
The space was plenty for us. The bed was comfortable ans thwy had plenty of pillows. Check in and out was seamless. We would stay again if in that area!
Love that there are not "hidden fees" on this listing. We stayed for the weekend, with an event in Jax Beach on Saturday. Worked perfectly, about 20 min drive. We enjoyed relaxing on the comfy safa and sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds.
This tiny house was a great place to stay for a few days. All the essentials were available. Nice full size kitchen and beautiful bedroom. I plan to stay here again.
I came into town Memorial Day weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday and needed some place small, intimate & homie. I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely tiny home exactly what I wanted. So quiet, peaceful & cozy indeed.! From the outside it looks small but is more spacious than I expected. I enjoyed my stay & will book again.
Great place for my wife and I to stay in Jacksonville. Not too far from the beach or the city. Bed was easily the comfiest mattress we have slept on. Beautiful property as well. Will stay again!
Check in was a breeze. The space was perfect for 2 people. It was a cute tiny house, decorated so cute!
We were in town visiting friends and family. We lived there 30 years ago!
