This recently refreshed (January 2021)502 square foot adults only upstairs completely furnished unit is centrally located in Jacksonville, with access to Interstates 10 and 95 within a few minutes and only a 10-minute ride to the downtown areas including the stadium, concert venues and the convention center. The unit is located in an older urban core neighborhood of the Murray Hill/Riverside area, and this well-appointed unit has everything you would need for a short or extended stay. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, pots, pans, honor bar, fireplace. complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and basic channels. You can access Hulu, Netflix etc. with your own credentials. The unit is modest on the outside, as is the neighborhood but packed with a festive, modern palette on the inside, with an interesting array of décor. A brand new 120 square foot deck and staircase was just added with plenty of treetop seating that is dedicated to this unit only. Brand new carpet Jan 2020.The unit is completely upstairs. This is an adult only unit. The unit has state of the art keyless entry, security cameras, well-lit off-street parking, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. PLEASE NOTE.... I do accept one pet with a $50.00 nonrefundable pet fee up to one week. Inquire about multiple pets. Pets must be crated if you leave the unit. II don't care if you have never crated them before that's the house rules. If you show up with a pet you have failed to mention in correspondence prior to confirmation of your booking, the $50.00 fee will be paid before entry in the unit. You forgot? Did you forget your children too? I've had multiple incidents where so called "perfect pets" have chewed pillows, décor, etc. and am not going to put up with it. If this doesn't work for you, respectfully look elsewhere. Why pay $200.00 a night to stay at the tired old Hyatt downtown when you can get double the space and a lot more value for your money here? Please note as an urban core neighborhood you will see a variety of folks here and if you are uncomfortable with seeing people that may not look like you or may differ in terms of religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or income level this may not be the best fit for you. Some blocks look great while the next one may not but note I can only control my level of service, how well appointed my unit is and how clean it stays, the neighborhood is gentrifying and is right on the edge of the dining district. There are over 50 restaurants within a mile of the unit and the number will triple within 2 miles. I have over 700 reviews on competing websites and have decided to add my units to VRBO as this may be the right fit for many short-term guests coming to our area. I have a 45 day maximum stay. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding amenities, location etc. and I will do my best to answer all inquiry's. By the way, I am not near the beach and the closest one is 12 miles away. I get asked that a lot. Mayo Clinic is about 15 miles away. My maximum stay is 45 days.
