Step inside to an airy open-concept living space featuring 3 sets of French doors that flood the home with natural light and frame serene views of the private pool and patio. The cozy living room includes a large sofa with a queen sleeper, while the adjacent dining and kitchen areas offer plenty of room to gather, cook, and share meals.
The primary suite is a true retreat, with a split-king Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed and private access to the pool area. The luxurious en-suite bath includes dual vanities, a spa-style walk-in shower, jetted tub, and a private toilet room. Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is well established, and this property is on a cul-de-sac where the neighbors keep mostly to themselves. The enclosed pool area is my favorite spot as it is private and a great spot to spend family time either swimming, cooking on the gas grill, or enjoying breakfast and coffee while enjoying the view!
What makes this property unique
We were first drawn to this house by the huge oak tree in the front yard. Once we were inside, we fell in love with the large open floor plan that encompasses the Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen. Also, the view to the lanai and enclosed pool area sealed the deal.
