Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all garbage in the garage unless its Monday or Thursday then leave bagged garbage at the end of the driveway for collection.
Leave all sheets on the bed and place all used towels in the shower or bath tub.
If you used the golf cart, please refuel it and return the key to the kitchen counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping or e cigarette use in our home.
No use of glitter or foil decorations permitted
Starter Supplies are provided(ex. paper goods/dish soaps/body care).If you are on extended stay, please plan to replenish these supplies as needed.

Clean and comfortable. Coffee and creamer available for the morning we arrived, since we hadn't yet made it to the grocery store. Having the golf car available with the property was a plus in this community! The host was very responsive when we had a question about beach towels. Overall, we had an enjoyable 2 weeks.

The house was well stocked and how it was described on the pictures. The golf cart was a great added feature so you had access to the Villages and can really get a feel for what it would be like to live in the Villages. Unfortunately we had a situation with my mother in law and had to leave early. (Come to find out her dementia was worse than we thought which is what lead to the reason why she wanted to leave- it was nothing the Host did wrong) The host was very accommodating. I felt bad we had to leave early and so did her husband, he wanted to stay. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Nice Home in the Villages

We stay 2 weeks at Peyton's Patio in the Villages. Home felt spacious & never crowded with 3 adults. Home was nicely appointed & kitchen was well equipped. Golf cart was fun to ride around the neighborhood. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

So nice!!!

Beautiful home. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom is also very nice. Well-equipped kitchen nicely furnished with everything needed to prepare meals. Great location. Very close to Spanish Springs. Close to all shopping needs. We would certainty vacation here again!
