Spacious 5 Bedroom, Close to all & Pet Friendly! Easy Check in & No Pet Fee!
Cozy but roomy house just minutes from the stadiums on the Northside! You'll feel right at home sitting at the large handmade metal dining room table, comfy furniture and warm cozy beds! I try and make staying at my Airbnb's the easiest most seamless process possible. I don’t require you to do checkout chores or tack on any crazy fees. The house is located on the Northside so make sure you’re comfortable in older spaces and up and coming neighborhoods. Pittsburghs Northside is eclectic.

Hey there! I'm a professional photographer based in Pittsburgh but travel often. I absolutely love hosting on Airbnb! Its become a passion for me and I take it very seriously. I try to decorate my homes with things I find along the way to make them feel special and inviting. Customer service and making my guests feel welcome and happy are the most important things to me!
Why they chose this property
You have full run of the house when you book. The second floor has a king bedroom, smaller queen bedroom and a larger queen bedroom that has a futon sofa. The second floor is also where the full bathroom is. The third floor has two separate bedrooms, both with 2 twin beds in them, there is also a half bath on the third floor in one of the bedrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all on the 1st floor as is access to the back porch and patio. Just take note in the photos that there are a few steps up to the house.
The house is equipped with a flat screen tv and roku with netflix loaded on it in the living room and no other TVs in the individual bedrooms.
Parties, events and get togethers are strictly prohibited at the house and are illegal in the city of Pittsburgh and banned by Airbnb. If an event or party does occur during your reservation all guests will be removed from the property and your reservation will be canceled. This is a local law and airbnb prohibits parties. Please don’t under any circumstance plan to have any event at this house because it will be shut down immediately.
It’s a quiet safe neighborhood so please keep the noise level low. Also there is an exterior security camera in place on the front porch for the safety of the house and my guests. There are no others on the property, just the one on the porch.
Pets- There is a maximum amount you can bring and breed restrictions from my insurance provider, please contact me before you bring your pet. Also I do not charge a pet fee but you are required to clean up after your pet, this includes shedding. If your dog is a shedding breed and fur or mess is left behind my cleaner charges me a 60 fee which I will have to charged to your account.

What makes this property unique
Its an older home that has been updated so you should feel comfortable in a home with some quirks and eccentricities. The house is just minutes from the city and isn't in the suburbs so you should feel comfortable in an urban part of town. Although it is busy area being so close to downtown the house and neighbors are all older and quiet.
