loved room # 5 enabled us to stay with a relative and have a separate bed area also liked the common room instead of having tv in bedroom..didn't like the stairs but considering the building and history didn't mind too much. would highly recommend staying here

I decided not to stay and sacrificed what I paid. I was not comfortable
Very clean room. Also quiet no noise from the restaurant down stairs. Manager was very easy to communicate with and prompt.
I will definitely stay here again when i am in the area.

This was the perfect set up for my family. We have a family cottage on the lake but had run out of bedrooms for a big reunion. This was the first time we stayed here, but would not hesitate to stay again. Close to Torch Lake, great parking and quiet.

FAIR STAY!
VERY NICE STAY.
NEVER MET STAFF.
I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN NOW THAT I KNOW THE RULES.
OR THE FLOW OF HOW THINGS WORK.
Perfect place for a quick stay! It was so nice to have breakfast available. We were able to park our boat for the night and the town is adorable. Very clean and nice that soaps/shampoo/razor/paper products were supplied. Bed comfortable. Can’t hear the restaurant below. Would come again!
Perfect spot for me to crash for the night before a marathon. Would have liked to walk around and enjoy the town and the corn hole outside but had to go to bed early!

My room was clean but small. My bed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner barely worked. There was a light out int he bathroom. No hangers only a few hooks in the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke - a package of instant oatmeal and no milk. There was a packaged bar.A Make your own coffee but only plastic disposable glass to put it in. They need a Keurig (sp). The town of Central Lake has no restaurant or coffee shop.for breakfast.

Nice clean place. Overall good place to stay. Nothing is open that late if you’re a night owl. Fine for us. Bed was a little harder than I like but not bad. Cute room!

The rooms are pretty bare bones, but clean and bright. Two sinks and toilets in the Mint room was wonderful! In the morning we discovered the lounge with a well-stocked kitchen and a large tv. When I had to reach out to the owner regarding early check in, she was immediately responsive and flexible. I'm not sure it would be an ideal location for a stay with kids for more than a night or two, but adults could be happy there for an extended stay. Definitely worth checking out!
The property is above a very popular restaurant in Central Lake. I’ve been dining at the Blue Pelican for many years, but never was aware there was a seven unit hotel on the second floor. An internet search showed many happy customers and there was a twist. It’s allegedly haunted. This sealed the deal. I went onto VRBO and requested a block of nights. The prop manager responded quickly and confirmed my reservation.Trisha’s communications were friendly, prompt and answered all my questions. She was so helpful, a huge asset to the property. The hotel, easily being a centurion, has many stories from decades past. If those walls could talk, well, they kinda do…. I digress. The room was spotless, bathroom appointed well, bed, sheets, pillow, linens, all so soft comfortable and cozy. I didn’t mention the A/C, it was pumping out a solid volume of cold air and above the bed was a ceiling fan.The fun stuff:I was laying on the bed catching up on current events with my iPhone. I hear a knocking sound from inside the bathroom, behind the closed door. I can see light emitting from the bottom edge of the bathroom door. I turn on my camera and, yup, the door slowly opens. Got it on video!I get up, pull the door closed and get back to reading. Then my curiosity get me and I crack the door, release it and watch. Of course, it slowly swings open on its own. Poorly hung door not plumb. Easy to explain. I thought I had the door latched closed, but I could have be wrong
