Perfect for a Stay on a Budget
Our family needed to book something last minute for a week in the Phoenix area and this worked out great. The layout is a little unusual but big enough for us 4 (4 adults). All the appliances in the kitchen are new. Community pool was very nice and well kept. This condo is in a condo complex within a residential neighborhood. Area is nice and well kept. A short 5-minute drive will get you to restaurants and anything you need. There is not a 'master bath' but the two rooms upstairs share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Both showers had great water pressure. There is a dining/kitchen table that seats four. We used it to play games on. Kitchen is small but we ate all our meals out, so we didn't need to cook. The condo was also well stocked with towels and supplies. Only thing to be aware of is that the layout does not accommodate four people to all be sitting together in one room. There are two living areas and couches for 2-3 people. I recommend this for 2-4 people but probably ideal for 2-3. Two adults and a kid or three adults would be perfect.
The A/C and heat both worked very well. The two beds upstairs are very comfortable. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has a futon. None of the bedrooms have a tv which didn't matter to us. I will say that the owner of the condo was the nicest guy and most responsive we have ever seen. He responds to messages pre-booking very quick and the one question we had during our stay was answered right away also!
