Cozy living room with bay window, large Smart TV & gas fireplace, plush couch and leather chairs.
3 large bedrooms with black-out blinds: one with a bed King, Smart TV and attached bathroom with glass shower, one with a Queen bed and sunset views, and one with a twin bed, a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. An office/den is located upstairs, with desk and chair. Additional half bath located downstairs and 1 full bathroom is upstairs between the 2 upstairs bedrooms.
Outside, enjoy stunning Black Mountain Views from the outdoor dining area, grill & spa. Giant Sahuaro cacti & mesquite trees glow in the moonlight. 6 blocks to community pool at YMCA. Off street parking for up to 2 cars or SUVs.
