Short Walk to The Beach! Anhinga House at Sea Oats

With just a short walk to one of Sanibel's beautiful beaches, you'll be sure to enjoy your stay at this charming island oasis. Named for a local water bird, Anhinga House is located in the desirable community of Sea Oats, just off West Gulf Drive.

Relax on the screened lanai overlooking the lake while you marvel at the sights and sounds of your lush tropical paradise. The home offers two bedrooms, two baths and a den (with sleeper sofa). Included are three TV's, DVD, VCR, internet access (both cable hookup and free wifi), as well as a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets and floats are also provided to help you maximize your fun in the sun.

This is a pet friendly property with a non-refundable pet rent fee of $300 (Dogs only). Restrictions may apply, please contact us for more information.

Property has a minimum 28 night rental, by Sanibel ordinance, but can a reservation can start any day of the month, as long as it is a 28 day stay.

Great spot in second floor home.

Check in was easy and the two issues with leak under sink and ants in kitchen were handled promptly. We loved that our cat could stay with us and everything was neat and clean. We had family visit a few days and they enjoyed their stay too. My only issue was when we tried to renew for next year I returned their text asking if I was interested but never heard back from them. When I called to say what was up, they said I should have called the number they gave and not text. They said my text went to housekeeping and they had already rented the place for next year. My fault I guess

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are so glad that you had a wonderful time and your cat was able to enjoy the vacation as well. Within your check in packet, the instructions on how to book for the following year are listed and do request for guests to call to into the office as we are unable to secure units via text. Even though this particular home has already been booked for 2023, we do have other great homes still available for the same time frame. We do look forward to seeing you again.
