VRBO double booked Zenit house. We were out of luck

The proprietor Rose was clueless about VRBO and stated the room we reserved was already occupied. Her spouse Gino was away for the night - and she didn’t know what to do. I suggested we needed a room for the night, if she would be kind enough to direct us somewhere. We found a 3star hotel 2 blocks away luckily. Next day Gino also tried to deny any knowledge of our booking. After showing him my reservation number and confirmation, as well as email correspondence we had exchanged earlier, he acquiesced there had been a mistake, and apologized for the inconvenience.

Großartige Gastfreundschaft, tolles Frühstück und super Tipps!Ich war für eine Woche alleine mit meiner Tochter unterwegs und wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit separatem Bad, aber Gino und Rose haben uns spontan und ohne Aufpreis eine kleine Wohnung direkt gegenüber gegeben. Sie meinten aufmerksam, das Zimmer sei für 6 Tage zu klein für uns beide und mit Kind sei die Wohnung einfach komfortabler.Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen fantastisch und es gab immer hilfreiche Ausflugstipps obendrauf. Wir haben uns unglaublich willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an Gino und Rose für diese großartige Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
