Most gulf-front condos in Bradenton Beach require stairs or crossing parking areas to reach the beach. Beach House Resort #3 is ground-level with a screened lanai door that opens directly onto the sand. You're not steps from the beach — you're on it.

Open the door and you're there in seconds.
This is the daily routine: coffee on the screened lanai while dolphins swim past. Afternoon reading while the Gulf breeze comes through the screens. Evening meals while the sun drops into the water. The screen keeps bugs out while the Gulf stays in front of you. Multiple guests have made this their annual tradition — some for 15 consecutive years. They come back because waking up and being on the beach in 30 seconds is exactly what they want from an Anna Maria Island vacation.

The bedroom has a queen bed with coastal blue walls, plantation shutters, and a flat-screen TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa and Gulf-facing windows. The kitchen has granite countertops, full-size appliances, and is stocked with everything needed for meals at home. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with granite countertops. Beach towels, a beach chair, and an umbrella are provided.

The eight-unit complex has a heated pool, outdoor grills, and coin-operated laundry. Bridge Street — The Feast, Bridge Street Bistro, and Bridge House Restaurant — is a 5-minute walk. The Historic Bridge Street Pier is a 5-minute walk north.

One small pet under 25 lbs is welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee. Please note: dogs are not permitted on Anna Maria Island beaches at any time — your pet can enjoy the condo and non-beach areas of the island.

Minimum stay: 7 nights during winter months and June/July. During slower periods, 3-night stays are available — contact IVP to confirm current availability. One parking space per unit strictly enforced.

Loved being on the beach. The lanai was a perfect shady spot to watch the waves. Nice condo with room in the drawers and closet to empty our suitcases for the week. Walked to many nearby restaurants. This was our first time here, and would definitely go back. The heated pool was basically a hot tub.

The host was extremely accommodating with our last minute scheduling needs, it really put us at ease to enjoy our stay. The house was perfect and centrally located to everything Bradenton has to offer! Property is well maintained and the heated pool was great to have in January. Being able to wake up and walk right out onto the beach and enjoy the Florida weather was the best way to spend our week. Will definitely be staying here again.

Was an amazing trip, all due to where we stayed! We couldn't ask for anything better. The beach is beautiful and very close. We just walk out and we were on the beach. The chairs in front were an added bonus, plus all the units had extra chairs, umbrella and water and sand toys. We ate at Tide Table and Beach House. We didn't eat out alot because we had everything there. Everything was very clean, even the screened in porch. The hosts would text and make sure everything was okay, and we even got in earlier than 4:00. It was perfect!!!

The bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked, lanai for sunsets but nothing prepares you for the view when you open the curtains! Holy Cow!!!!!! Do Not hesitate to stay here!!!

Great Beach Vacation

My wife and I really enjoyed this spot. Walk right out of condo to be on the beach, watch the sunsets, great restaurants both next door and within a short walking distance. Centrally located to drive and visit the rest of the areas on the key.

Awesome beach location

Beautiful, quiet beach with awesome sunset views. Love the lanai and whirlpool! Short walk to Bridge Street and convenient nearby free trolley stop.

Beach house at Holmes Beach

The location to the water is unmatched. 50 yards to the water. The one bed one bath unit was a little dated especially the bathroom and small queen bed. The rental company was helpful and we had a great time.

Small but perfect!

My husband and I stayed for the week and you absolutely can not beat the location to the beach. Literally a few steps away from refilling your drink, eating lunch or changing out your book.. The porch is so nice and cool for eating breakfast. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beach is not crowded as there isn't condos on either side of the property so plenty of room. Perfect sunsets right out your door.

AMI Beach House 3

The property location was perfect being right in beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit itself was clean and bed comfortable. Only suggestion I would have is replacing broken umbrella and add beach chair for unit as only one beach chair was there. Was happy to see blind to separate from unit next door for privacy.

Overall amazing vacation!

We had an amazing time! The beach was beautiful and clean and felt like a private beach. So convenient having the ocean so close to the unit, we didn't have to set up on the sand and were able to walk in for lunch/bathroom etc as needed. The apartment had everything we needed to dine in and plenty of towels! Two nights we were able to dine beachside at the restaurant next door. Only downside was the toddler that kept running in the unit upstairs early in the morning and until midnight, which only got worse as the week progressed unfortunately. Other than that the week was spectacular and will definitely book again!

The location is amazing, it is hard to beat when you can walk out your door and have your feet in the sand. Beach are is private and they have lounge chairs available. Also had beach chairs, an umbrella, etc in this unit. The building has had outside updates and new coat of paint, so it looks good. The unit is small but was large enough for two but would feel crowded with four adults. Each unit has one parking spot. The reason for a loss of a star is the mattress it terribly uncomfortable. Even my daughter thought it was uncomfortable and she isn't picky like me. A good nights sleep is important to me when I am on vacation. Overall a great place they just need to purchase a better mattress.

Beautiful sunset every day. Soft silky white sand and prestine blue waters. Saw many dolphins swimming at the edge of the beach on an early morning. This place is the perfect place for families. We used the kitchen slot as we cooked a few times. It had everything we needed. Can't wait to go again!
