San Tan Casita

The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. These issues were addressed with minimal or no effort. There was an electrical problem which was dealt with quickly. The overall experience was disappointing at best.

Our place is always clean. We take great pride in the cleanliness. Once we were told that there were not enough coffee cups, we immediately left coffee cups outside the door. Food left in the fridge was ice cream bars wrapped and was left intentionally for the next guest to enjoy. Unfortunately there are times when the pool needs maintenance and may be unavailable
