Loved Jeff’s property and Casita. It was perfect for a long weekend at country thunder we will definitely try to stay there again.

The Vrbo rental was a converted pool house adjacent to the main house. The pool is actually in the owner's backyard, and the owners are on-site with you (like in a Nick Saban Vrbo commercial). The pool house is one room with no cooking or laundry facilities. There are also no hangers, closets or dressers or anywhere for that matter to unpack and store your clothes. I suppose the guests can live out of their suitcase like a homeless vagabond. Although we rented the place for three days we only stayed a single night and found other Vrbo accommodations in Queen Creek, AZ the next day more to or liking. I am wondering where my review is for that property (21417 E Via Del Palo Sep 18-20) because that was a nice house.

Renter didn’t read the reviews, the description and photos of the property. They parked in the driveway of the homeowner, tried to gain access in the main house which has no photos of it on VRBO. They asked to pay for an extra day, I referred them to VRBO app to pay for an extra day. They claimed that there was no such thing on VRBO. Simply put, they are elderly and not paying attention to what they are renting.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was very nice. My husband has a Dialysis port on his chest and could not enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Maybe next time. I would suggest turning off the spotlight at night, as it floods the interior with light making it difficult to sleep. Turn up the water heater to enable a warm shower. Thank you for having us.

San Tan Casita

The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. These issues were addressed with minimal or no effort. There was an electrical problem which was dealt with quickly. The overall experience was disappointing at best.

Our place is always clean. We take great pride in the cleanliness. Once we were told that there were not enough coffee cups, we immediately left coffee cups outside the door. Food left in the fridge was ice cream bars wrapped and was left intentionally for the next guest to enjoy. Unfortunately there are times when the pool needs maintenance and may be unavailable
