Private house with a large private fenced POOL area. Everything is brand new. Sleeps 8-10 people,
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, master suite with king bed,other 2 bedrooms with queen beds, living room with sofa for sleeping and extra full bed too if needed ,dining room, great room with sofa sleeper, one w/open shower, one w/bathtub, open modern kitchen with an island, bar top area, large kitchen pool view, laundry, office space, WiFi parking & outdoor seating with BBQ grill, fully fenced private backyard giving you a lot of privacy. TV’s in living room, master bedroom, great room for your relaxing time. Enjoy the beautiful weather in sunny Florida in our spacious pool side or by the ocean minutes away, 10-20 minutes walking to Indian Rocks Beach.
Feel free to use the beach supplies you will find in the garage and pool toys in the back patio.Everything you need for you to enjoy, relax and stay for a while.

Iunderstand that during my stay and in the event that there is no lifeguard on duty, I shall be responsible for my guests and relatives using the pool;
I understand that there are risks involved in the use
of the pool facilities such as injury or death.
The following persons are my guests and/relatives who shall be under my care: person booked our house and their families/friends, everyone staying with them at a time are fully responsible for any injuries/or death when staying with us.

We’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Our property is fully cleaned, sanitized and prepared for each guest.

*We ask please keep the noise level down while enjoying the outside area as respect to neighbors and neighborhood. No parties allowed. Only numbers of people staying when booking allowed. If adding more people please contact host.
-Clean grill after use
-Please make sure all windows and doors remain closed at all times for bugs and mosquito.
-Please keep lights off when not home.

Checkout instructions will be provided / left on the kitchen counter. Checkout procedures include:

- Placing all used / dirty towels on shower floor or in bathtub
- stripping the sheets from the beds and placing them in the laundry basket
- Moving all garbage and recycling to the bins along the right side of the house
-Placing all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher upon exit.
- removing all items from refrigerator

How can you help keep your drain clean?

Fight F.O.G.- Fats, oils and grease that are poured down any drain can build up and block your sewer at home or work, causing nasty and costly sewer overflows. All of the following should be thrown away instead of being poured down the drain:
Cooking Oil
Butter
Grease
Fat
Gravy
Mayonnaise and Sauces
Salad Dressings

Recycle Cooking Oil- Visit Largo's 24 Hour Recycling Drop off Center (1551 Starkey Road) to recycle your used cooking oil to prevent backups and overflows in your home, or let the oil cool and place it in your trash can.

A Toilet is not a Trash Can- Be sure to never place any items in your toilet, even "flushable wipes" as they can block your drain and cause backups in homes and businesses.

Please keep porch door and florida room doors closed at all times because of AC and other bugs etc entering the home we would appreciate it

Damage
All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the guest and their costs shall be refundable on demand.

Liability
This property is a private residence.
We cannot accept liability for acts or omissions of our principles over whom we have no control (such as airlines and car hire companies). The property owners have stated in this agreement to us that they cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by guests or any other visitors to the home or swimming pool or for any loss for damage, howsoever caused, to any property brought onto the premises. However we are not always able to control all the components of the facility beyond our control and for which we cannot accept liability.
