Villa Gauguin is an extraordinary 6300 square villa located in Akumal, built overlooking beautiful Yalku lagoon. This villa was designed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows in order to completely take in the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

The villa’s spacious 900 square feet living area creates the illusion of being outdoors by means of its interior garden, 15 feet ceilings and its floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The décor is minimalist yet classy, making the most of the living space and giving it a bright and airy feel. The dining room has mesmerizing views over the lagoon and a large table that can seat up to 12 people. The fully equipped modern kitchen will allow you to prepare fabulous meals for all your party.

Villa Gauguin has five air conditioned bedrooms, all with fabulous views of the ocean or mangroves. 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, lots of closet space, and a private balcony. The downstairs bedroom has a King bed with private view to the villa’s interior garden, and TV. and uses the half bathroom. There are a further 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which have breathtaking views of the lagoon. The first bedroom is the Master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in double closet and a large en-suite bathroom. the second floor guestroom have 2 Kings and en-suite bathroom. 2 other bedrooms have 2 queen-size beds with en-suite bathrooms. On the same floor, there is a TV room equipped with a large size TV, home theater and spacious sofas. The exterior area overlooking the ocean is spectacular, with its infinity-edge pool and Jacuzzi, giving directly onto the crystal clear waters of Yalku Lagoon. Villa Gauguin is a truly unique holiday home.
