The space
This property boasts two bedrooms, a full bathroom along with a kitchen, dining room and living room. In addition, there’s a small cove off of the living room offering a 3rd need if needed. The exterior has off street parking as well as a porch overlooking North Avenue.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the entire first floor of this 3 story walk up triplex. There are also laundry facilities and storage areas in the basement for longer term guests.
