The place was awesome, it was on a Main Street but the traffic wasn’t an issue. We liked how it was tucked away with the private backyard, and you could even see the mountains! It was clean and very spacious with plenty of room to park and turn around in the ally approaching the house. Definitely would stay again, thanks Adrian!

This is a work in progress with fabulous potential for charging a lot more. The responsiveness of the hosts was the best part. Originally, there were only three mugs, no skillet and workable spatula which the hosts provided the next day after we requested them. Christmas trash in from of the house was promptly removed when request. Fabulous. Despite being next to the fire station, the location was perfectly quiet with great highway access. I look forward to staying next year just to see what improvements have been made. As it was, it was perfect for our needs. One great take away was the lamp in the master bedroom which had a touch on/off. I liked it so much I ordered one for myself.

Pile of trash in front of garage as you park. House smelled like a smokers house. Extremely overgrown yard. Old blankets and pillows. Should not be listed. Do not recommend.

nice vacation home

we were with 2 teenagers for 1 week in the object. Although located near a busy street (right near a highway with access to L.A.) the property is very quiet. It is absolutely safe in the area of the cottage. The property has obviously been freshly renovated and has everything you need. Especially with 2 teenagers we really appreciated the 2 bathrooms. So we could reach everything from there, sporting events (Lakers and Dodgers), theme parks (Universal Studios) as well as Beverly Hills, Hollywood and L.A. Downtown with manageable time. Shopping facilities in very close distance (Wallmart) are also given. We enjoyed the week very much and would be happy to come back anytime. Adrian was always very responsive when we had questions. Thank you very much and see you soon!
