Beautiful 1 bedroom oceanfront condo located near the tip of North Topsail Beach. Bedroom Includes a King size Tempur-Pedic bed. Living room has a pullout couch.

Balcony is ocean front with an awesome view. Tennis courts available and a Tiki Bar within walking distance, and WiFi included.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Put the used towels in the tub and leave the light on the sink counter on.

Leave the parking pass on the kitchen table.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property matched the photos listed. The Beachview was assume. Looks like everything was recently updated. It was fun to be across from the tiki bar if that is something you enjoy.

Clean, modern, convenient condo! It was our first time in North Topsail so we underestimated the erosion out front, however it was very easy to drive less than 5 minutes to a free public access. We also loved the quick access to the northern tip for walks late in the evening. We would definitely return!

We are very pleased with our recent stay here! We were there from August 26 through August 29, 2026. The place was clean, decorated very nicely, and just very comfortable! When you walked in the fan was going, there’s a pretty light that’s in the bathroom that was on, there were air freshener plugged in so smelled very nice. The host were very responsive, not that I had to message them often, but the few questions I had they answered promptly.The place is right on the beach looking over the water so you get to hear the sounds of the waves and smell the ocean. They have high stools out there which then you can see over the balcony ledge, which is nice.There’s not a lot of stores or anything on the north end, so if you’re looking for that type of thing it’s still only about a 20 minute ride up the road. I would highly recommend staying here.

I’ve been going to topsoil area and that particular condos for many years now this is probably one of the best units I’ve stayed in. Even though there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom, the fans they supplied was ample enough for me. The only thing I did Miss was a Keurig coffee maker and a blender. But the host provided a coffee machine with coffee all the compliments. Also, the condo had basic essentials, such as soap, shampoos beach, toys, etc. more than what you would normally see in most condos therefore I’ve given an excellent rating.

Everything was great and as described in the listing. The only thing I would change is adding a fan that can cool the bedroom. It did get really hot at night in there. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The view alone is breathtaking, and the condo itself is beautifully decorated with so much care and attention to detail. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extras—everything from water bottles and coffee to Q-tips and kitchen staples made us feel right at home.The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the sunrise (with dolphins swimming by!) was truly unforgettable. Being so close to the water and hearing the waves created the most peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge.Check-in was one of the easiest we’ve ever experienced, and check-out was just as seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to come back!

Great Spot with amazing views right on the ocean

We were amazed at the views and sounds from being so close to the ocean! The large sandbags prevented us from entering the beach/ocean during high tide but that wasn’t ha huge deal. Beautiful place!

Relaxing Weekend

We had such a nice weekend staying here. The location is perfect and quiet. The balcony makes you feel like you are practically sitting in the sand. Everything we needed was there and when we had questions- they answered them quickly. We will definitely stay again.
