This upper floor, newly renovated spacious suite is steps to Little Italy, Harbor Front & Balboa Park, with many restaurants in walking distance. You’ll love the full kitchen, new king bed, central location & short distance from the airport, to downtown or to the Convention Center (8 min Uber). With a walk score of 94 this is a great spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We don't allow animals for the safety of our other residents in this small, gated property.
The space
There is a full, very modern kitchen after a total remodel with new appliances. It is an upstairs unit in a charming, two-story, courtyard building complex. The remodel also included new floors, tiling, high quality sound-proofed doors and quad-paned windows and too many other items to mention, now including AC! We do have a CCTV system for added security.
Guest access
Guests access through the front security gate, into a raised courtyard area and the suite is on the right. Guests will enter through their own private front door after opening the dead-bolt and door handle lock. You have exclusive access to the entire suite.
Other things to note
The suite is definitely ready for business travelers, being very close to the heart of Little Italy and the airport. No smoking - means no smoking of ANY kind ANY where on the premises. This includes e-cigs, cigars, vaporizers, hookahs etc. You will forfeit the deposit and be asked to leave the premises. If you see any one smoking or are being affected by someone smoking/vaping etc., please notify us as soon as possible.
