Great location great views

Perfect for our family trip with great view of the ocean and great location. We had family staying at the Myrtle Beach State Park and we were super close to them which was nice. The place was very clean and well stocked allowing us to make our own meals. Plenty of room for 4 and a baby plus two visitors.

Wedding trip

The condo was clean and comfortable. Great views out of the main bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen were both in great shape and well stocked for our needs. Nothing but positive things to day about the condo itself. Check in was located in the building across the parking lot. The attached parking deck was tight but had plenty of spaces. Common areas (entrance, elevator, hallways) were all maintained daily by one very awesome fella. Overall great spot for the weekend.

First time at that property .It’s exactly like the pictures. Located on the second front ,oceanfront .It has indoor pool ,lazy river and jacuzzi.Place is very clean,management very responsive.Will definitely come back again.

We loved the property. It was clean and had all needed kitchen ustensiles. Susie was flexible to allow us to check in earlier and she stayed in touch with us throughout our time there, especially as we were asked a couple times to evacuate the property due to a burst pipe. We had a great time!

Our entire experience was over the top, and we would absolutely return to the same unit if available. Parking was never a problem, and there’s easy access to the beach. Communication from the owner was excellent. We received so many great emails before we arrived full of great info about the property, directions, check-in instructions, and possible GPS problems that might happen. The great communications by email before arrival, during our stay, and after check-out made the whole trip the best experience possible.

Thanks for your feedback. I wish you had provided more detail so I would be able to better understand and be able to address your concerns. This condo has been well kept by the owners and is one of my top rated properties. Beachfront condos do take a lot of abuse with the sand, salt water, etc., but all the photos are less than 1 year old so it should look just like what we advertise with no surprises. I'm not sure if we could have done much for you, but I do wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have tried. As far as the fees - all mandatory fees are disclosed prior to your booking the property so I'm not sure what I can say there either. VRBO charges all guests a fee for their services and is charged by all similar platforms to cover their advertising costs, 24 hour customer support, etc... The only fees we charge is for the cleaning which is very competitively priced for the market and a damage protection waiver or deposit that the guests select which is best for their situation. Any additional fees are all optional and have been added from numerous guest requests for beach rentals, housekeeping services, etc.

Beautiful beachfront views & clean!

Cleanliness & beachfront views are always my number ones when searching VRBO and this condo met those needs! Quiet, easy check-in and be to the pool, beach or parking within a minute or two from walking out of your room. The two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom made sleeping arrangements so nice for everyone. The owner is very easy to communicate with & had everything ready to roll for us when we arrived! Thank you, Susie! If we make our way back to South Carolina we will stay here again!

Location!

Location of this condo is great. Being able to sit on the balcony and enjoying the view is the best. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The building itself is in need of upgrades. The pool area and hot tub were not the cleanest. Parking was convenient and being on the second floor allowed us to be able to unload the car without dealing with steps or elevators. The unit itself is perfect for two or four people. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful views and lovely breezes

Our condo was perfect and was just as it appeared in the listing. Beds were very comfy, with lots of linens and cozy blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to get our vacation stated. We loved to watch the beautiful sunrises from the large second floor balcony, which was accessed by both the living room and main bedroom. The second bedroom with its own ensuite were perfect for visits from our adult kids. We used the pool, hot tub , gym and lazy river daily after a long walk on the beach each morning. We’ll be back again for the month next November !

Great Little Place

I stayed there with my 82 year old mother who lives in Myrtle. The unit is close to her house and very close to the Market Common which is one of my favorite spots in Myrtle Beach. We were able to park right outside the unit, which was great for her. It was well furnished with coffee filters, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and trash bags. The orientation of the kitchen table was a bit funky, as it was perpendicular to the back wall (not parallel as shown in the pics). Check in/out were both easy although the check out time was a bit early - 10 am. All in all it was a great place and we may stay there again in the future.

Beautiful clean condo, gorgeous views!

The condo was clean and perfect. Cannot beat the view and the sound of the ocean from the balcony. Well stocked condo including extras like games, beach chairs, and fun books for those of us who love to beach read. We needed help one evening with an issue, and Todd came out to help us within minutes! Even though it was mid September, we were still able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella, so that was very nice. The lazy river was wonderful - it and the indoor pool was nicely heated. The spa was hot and available, but jets were broken and by the end of the day sometimes it had hair and such floating in it, but the pool and spa were cleaned and sparkling every morning. I would have liked them to be cleaned maybe once more during the day and the pool decks cleaned a little better each day, but otherwise, it was great. We tried the spa at the hotel next door, but that area wasn’t nearly as nice, so we stuck to the condo. Overall very nice, and the room was perfect! We’d definitely stay again.
