Going to the Beach? We providebeach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take with you to one of the local beaches, or find your own path to where to settle down and take it all in. An outside shower awaits after a day out on the water or the beach. Fish cleaning station provided, bait freezer. There is a large awning out back, with the ocean right at your feet.The kitchen provides all the features of home. There are drip and Keurig coffee pots for your style of brew. The double oven and air fryer are great compliments to the grill. Are you hankering for a Margarita? The blender is waiting for mixed drinks to be made. The outdoor spaces in this home provide a nice screened in porch for your morning coffee, or sit at the dock in the evening and watch the sun go down and do a little fishing right off the dock. Lots of snapper in this beautiful location.The living area is open concept in design and there is plenty of inside comfy seating a retro kitchen table, 2 slipper chairs and chaise lounger sofa.A cable TV with Roku and DVD player is in the living room as well as the same in one of the two bedrooms. Both bedroom rooms have cozy queen mattresses and cotton sheets that share a large and modern hall bath. Washer and Dryer located off the carport area.This home is limited to 3 vehicles, or 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. This is truly a Keys villa waiting for you!The deepwater Dock is 51 ft in length.(new pictures coming soon with no boat lift) This home has immediate Ocean access. Fishing needs are met! Fish cleaning station, water at the dock, Deep water dockage, Bait Freezer, and room for kayaks and your boat.2 single kayaks are included with life vests. Quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico also via Vaca Cut, only a few blocks from this home.
