Worst Experience Ever Traveling

I called on numerous occasions and spent hours yes hours on the phone with concerns about our reservation with your host. VRBO continued to say they could not help till the actual check in day and time. On New Years Eve we showed up to Playa De Carmen and at check in time the host canceled. I was traveling with my family of five. The first message I ever sent to the host was on the 23rd immediately after booking letting him know that the reservation showed incorrect and was showing for 1 traveler not five. This was my initial interaction and received no response. I text, called and messaged through the app for the host to communicate with no luck. VRBO representative emailed with no response, until the day of and exact time of check just to be canceled. With the holiday weekend there was not very many options available, we spent hours on the phone again with VRBO that day only to have all our conversations end with a hang up and no call back from VRBO. We were left to scramble and find accommodations. It was not till the next day that I got any other correspondence from VRBO and that was to look for another space and our use expedia. We will never use VRBO and our recommend any one use your service. It was a nightmare and would not wish anyone traveling this kind of experience!!!
