Getting Around:
The condo is an easy 50-min drive from Cancun International Airport and transfers can be booked either online or at the airport. If you prefer, as soon as you confirm your booking, we can help you schedule private transportation and have it waiting for you at the airport. If you prefer to rent a car, there are many choices for car rentals at the airport and in downtown Playa del Carmen.
Don’t feel like driving? Taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! And public bicycles are available to rent around downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent a bike by day or by journey. There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states, located at:
- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez
- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12
In the event you're driving around town, please note there are Parking Meters in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Location & Access: The apartment is located on Calle 4 between 5th Av and the beach, a pedestrian-only zone with vehicle access restricted to residents with special permits.
Arriving by taxi: Your driver can drop you off at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Calle 4 Norte (or Calle 2 Norte). From there, walk approximately 1-2 blocks east toward the beach to reach Condos Zaci. Please bring luggage you can comfortably carry this short distance.
Arriving by car: Street parking is not available. The closest parking facility is on 10th Avenue and 4th Street. Parking meters operate on all downtown Playa del Carmen streets from 10am to 10pm.

Booking Requirements
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
You must be at least 21 years of age or older to book
You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of check-in, or during their stay for identity verification
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $300 USD may be required upon arrival or at check-in (depending on the booking platform - not ABB). This is a temporary hold, released after check-out provided all terms are met.
Electricity (Long-term Stays)
Electricity is not included for stays of 28 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.
House Rules
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or recreational drugs). Violation incurs a $200 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity permitted
- No loud music after 10pm. Please be respectful of neighbors.
- Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on balcony/terrace railings
- Use the Safety Deposit Box for valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox, and you’ll have complete privacy during your stay.
