Small dogs are welcome between 20-25 lbs. with prior approval and additional fee. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions).

Their is an oceanfront pool, a kids' pool and a lazy river. Dining options include a casual waterfront restaurant with a bar and lounge, and an espresso bar in the lobby.

Free parking is provided to guests. The parking garage is across from the resort. 2 passes will be provided for you when you enter the condo. There is also a 15 minute loading/unloading area in front of the resort.

Washer and Dryer available in the resort.

Up to 2 small dogs allowed (20-25lbs.), and we will have something for your furry friends while they enjoy vacation!

Great views and Location

Overall great property. Great view and close to a lot of fun spots in walking distance. Had a communication mishap with the check in process but the owner answered right away and walked me through how to get into the rental. I would highly recommend.

What makes this property unique

A nice and open condo, the kitchen looks out at the living room and there is space to entertain. The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops.

The living room is a good size space as is the bedroom. You have great views from both! The balcony has plenty of space for chairs and a small table to have a drink while watching the ocean waves crash. Earlier in the year the sliding glass doors were replaced, a huge benefit to this property!

Small dogs are welcome between 20-25 lbs. with prior approval and additional fee. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows.
