Welcome to our sprawling 2600 sq ft home with lux pool/spa! This charming ranch is on a brick lined street in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood just 1.5 miles from Downtown St. Pete, and sports an incredible private escape in back with resort-like amenities. Featuring a chef's kitchen, brand new grill, pergola w/ fire table, and a detached gym/office beside the pool. As our 2nd home, we designed this to be fully functional to keep your daily live/work/play/relax routing going while you stay!

Peaceful, well appointed home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked well for cooking. All the furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. Pool area was very nice. The home was very comfortable when family came to visit. The large dining table was perfect for group meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but only five minutes to everything downtown. A brief walk took us to a great French bistro and the best sushi place in town (Hooks). I can’t say enough positive things about this home and how responsive the owners were to every minor request or question. I would highly recommend it.

Loved it!

We stayed here while our house was being worked on and we're very happy we chose this property for that purpose. We love this neighborhood and were so happy to see something like this was available in that area. It is truly central to everything St Pete has to offer. The house is nicely updated and was very clean upon our arrival. It has plenty of space and the beds were really comfortable. The floorplan is well thought out and the family room is a great place to kick back and relax. My wife and I both work remotely and this home fully accommodated all of our needs in that regard, including quiet spaces and Internet speed. The backyard area is nicely laid out with plenty of room and amenities to enjoy no matter what time of year. The pool house/workout room is an awesome bonus space. The owners are very nice and SUPER responsive. They were helpful with every question or need we came across during our stay. Some of the best hosts we've had among all the rentals we've booked over the years. We brought our small dog and all of her doggy "business" had to be done out front as the backyard has no grassy area (all paved). There is an area with fake grass/astro turf, but our dog wouldn't entertain using it. Just an FYI for those considering this property and bringing a dog. The neighborhood is perfect for dog walks though, quiet streets, friendly neighbors, and a lot of neat houses to look at. Great experience all around, comfortable home, welcoming hosts! Book it! :-)

A perfect getaway

This was my first experience with Vrbo and this property blew us away. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The home is warmly decorated and modern. The outdoor pool space was relaxing and the access to downtown St. Pete as well as the beach is a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

Property was clean; fabulous. Most everything was provided. Great location. Owners were very accommodating and responsive. Definitely will be going back and recommend this place. Loved the pool area and work out room.

Why they chose this property

Welcome to our beautiful home! We are so happy to host you. We bought our home in December 2022, slightly renovated, and decorated it in a modern rustic style. This is our second home, so it was important for us to make it functional and family oriented, so that we can keep our daily routine going while we are here, be able to stay productive by having a way to work remotely, and have fun with the kids by the pool. We are confident that the house is going to make you feel like home!

What makes this property unique

Outdoor space was recently beautifully designed and renovated with tropical landscaping using white leathered Carrera tiles to add chic and clean look and provide great privacy. The salt-water pool with a waterfall and hot tub are definitely the highlights of this space.
The detached pool house is another space that we are very proud of! The fitness space is set up with a Peloton Bike (we have 40-42 shoes or shoe baskets available), free weights (5-50 lb dumbbells), XL yoga mats, foam rollers, resistance bands, and a mirror wall.
The desk area features a L-shaped desk overlooking the pool with Wifi laser printer and a Fujitsu SnapScanner. If you need a computer the guest login can be used on the desktop, otherwise there is plenty of space for your laptop.
The beautiful kitchen area has been recently renovated, so has brand new appliances: double oven, microwave, induction stovetop, large refrigerator with a spacious freezer, double sink, and a dishwasher.
