Beautiful property

Immaculate literally new home with great layout. All the sites are in very close proximity. Communication was first rate. If you get the chance to stay you will not be disappointed. We will be coming back.

Nightmare

The house and location are perfect. The owner, however, charged us an additional fee to make a few things work for us. He made sure we left on our third day of a 23 day rental. If you are comfortable with surveillance cameras constantly watching you, this might be the place for you.

My home was not able to accommodate the special needs of this guest who required the use of a porta potty in the bdrm for her spouse. It is common for most homes to have a ring doorbell/camera on the exterior of the home. I was not aware my brand new home was going to be converted to a nursing facility without my consent. I attempted to communicate w/this guest to help them find an alternate home that could accommodate their special needs. This guest chose to discontinue our communication and there stay was ended. It really was sad that she felt it was acceptable to treat my new home like it was a nursing facility. I wish this guest the best health and prosperity and I wish it was a better experience for the both of us (home owner & guest).
