* Primary bedroom with king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and desk
*Please note: the primary bedroom is accessed through the bathroom
* Second bedroom with queen bed and large closet
* Third bedroom with two twin beds

* Deck with solar lighting outside the front door
* Dedicated fire pit area with seating for six
* Gas grill
* Hammock

DOG-FRIENDLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL

We welcome one well-behaved dog per booking

* Please message us after booking so we can review the house rules. They are also outlined in our rental agreement
* For multiple dog exceptions, please inquire prior to booking

WALKABLE, CENTRAL LOCATION

Our bungalow is ideally situated:

* Two-minute walk to Whitaker Woods
* 5-7 minute walk to North Conway Village
* Easy access to shops, dining, recreation, and events

RAILROAD & NATURE NOTES

The Conway Scenic Railroad runs between our home and Whitaker Woods, typically April through December. Trains are audible for approximately one minute when passing and generally operate between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Trains do not run at night. Our younger guests especially look forward to the train!

Being in the Mount Washington Valley means close proximity to nature. While we maintain regular pest control, insects and wildlife are possible. Please help keep the outdoors outside by keeping exterior doors closed and be respectful of any wildlife passing through.

QUIET, RESIDENTIAL SETTING

Our home is located in a residential neighborhood.

* Parties and fireworks are strictly prohibited
* Only registered guests may be on the property
* Please keep noise to a respectful level after 10:00 PM

This helps ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

YOUR HOSTS

Your hosts, Sarah and John, will be in touch prior to your stay to ensure you are fully prepared. We are always happy to answer questions and help make your North Conway visit a great one.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, you will be asked to:

* Sign a standard rental agreement within 24 hours of booking
* Provide a refundable security deposit hold

The deposit is a hold, not a charge, and is released after checkout. It helps ensure the home is respected and left in good condition.

We understand plans can change and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.

Guests will receive a digital welcome booklet approximately one week prior to arrival with helpful details for their stay, but we are always happy to answer questions and offer local recommendations!
