Why they chose this property
If you are looking for a home in a quiet residential neighborhood, you have come to the right place. The location is fantastic since you can walk to restaurants, breweries and the Lafayette rec center and main street. There is a wonderful park at the end of the cul-de-sac and access to the extensive trail system in Lafayette and Boulder county.
What makes this property unique
The year is very private with no houses behind the property. The yard is fenced for your dog(s).
The large deck provides access to the outdoors. The outdoor space has a small pond / waterfall. It's very relaxing.
