Seahorse Casa is a modern coastal styled pool home located in the premier area of SW Cape Coral.

The freshly updated interior boasts a fun, casual and beachy vibe with a spacious open floor plan. Two separate living rooms offer plenty of space for the whole family to unwind and relax. This upscale home offers 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The modern kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and is fully equipped with all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker (Keurig & drip), toaster, blender, and more.

Fast gulf access for the boaters. No bridges or locks to wait for here. Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point resorts are just a quick drive or boat ride away offering shops, multiple dining options and live music. The newly installed dock offers 45 feet of dock space for your boat, ample deck space with sun chairs, and a convenient lower level for easy kayak & paddleboard access.

The outside lanai area features a spacious heated pool with separate hot tub, outdoor dining for 6, outdoor tv, propane grill and lounge chairs. Western exposure over the canal allows for a full day of soaking up the warm Florida sunshine.

Seahorse Casa is well appointed with all of the amenities to elevate your vacation home experience: high speed wifi, smart tv, extra pillows and blankets, linens, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, full laundry and more. Beach umbrella and chairs, along with a cooler and beach towels are provided for a day at the beach.

You’ll find this is the perfect set up for your next vacation and is only about a 30-40 minute drive from either Punta Gorda or RSW Airport. With over 400 miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

The Perfect Rental!

We booked a last minute 3 night stay here.. the booking process was instant, clear communications ahead of arrival.. no issues! The house is beautifully remodeled and includes pretty much anything you could ever need, including most condiments and some coffee in the fridge. The pool and hot tub were great, and the brand new dock was exactly what we needed for our stay. The location is perfect if you’re coming with a boat, just a few turns away from open water, restaurants, etc. We will always be choosing this property when coming to the area :)

Would stay again!

House was great. Very clean. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. The owner and house manager were very quick with responses and recommendations. 5 stars. For the owner I would invest in some lounge chairs by the pool, there was one on the dock but these would be great. We did buy some blow up rafts that we left for future guests. Also pool was hot, I believe due to the hot weather and I don’t think there’s a way to cool it down but either way we would definitely recommend!!

What an amazing re model with all the accommodations!! We loved staying at the house thanks Mike! This home had everything we needed and more. Heated pool and close to tarpon pointe where we ate twice. Also close to Cape Harbour. Will stay again!!
