About this property

The Coffeehouse - Lakewood 2 Bdm Stay

Enjoy a coffeehouse vibe, yet peaceful and stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Just a block or two from Lakewood’s dining experiences, this two bedroom unit will be the perfect spot to unwind after taking in what nearby Cleveland has to offer - whether the Rock n’ Roll scene or a business trip. Enjoy nearby cafés, restaurants, and night life on either Madison Ave or Detroit Ave. Or just sit back and enjoy some coffee at home!
The space
This is a second floor unit (climbing stairs is necessary), with the whole unit on the same floor except for the washer dryer (two floors down in the basement.

There are two bedrooms in the unit, and a full bath with both shower and tub. We have a full kitchen for all your cooking needs and provide all the basics for cooking, dining, hosting, and baking. Adjacent and central to all rooms is the dining room. Our living room is great for relaxing, watching tv, remote work, or just listening to records and playing some board games. The balcony is accessible from the living room, and is also a great space to relax.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the whole second floor unit, including private deck/balcony. Basement is shared laundry spacewith the bottom BnB (Wabi Sabi House), but the washer/dryer are not shared. Hallway stairs to basement are shared. Main entry is private.

No extra guests. There are cameras at all entries, so we will know if any extra guests stayed the night, and we will charge extra fees.

Perfect Location

We found The Coffee House in Lakewood to be just as presented. It was very comfortable, clean, and the coffee supplies were wonderful. We could easily walk to stores and restaurants. Much appreciated for our week stay was a washer and dryer in the clean basement. We loved the front balcony to sit outside.
